  • Choose the exam type you need a consultation for - do not choose both!

    • Weightloss Options -
      choose exam option:  GLP-1 (No Labwork Required) Weight Loss Initial Consult
      **use this exam if you are wanting a GLP-1 by itself OR with any peptides. Only one exam is needed.
      Labwork for GLP-1 medication can be completed before or after a telehealth consultation.
      Medication can not be ordered without current / required labs on file.

• If you need to order your labs (you don't have a recent - within 90 days - results for CBC, CMP, A1c, & Lipid panel)

  • Order labs here $65.00 -> LAB ORDER (GLP-1 medications only)​

  • Elite Health will send the patient an order to have labs drawn locally.

  • Elite Health will receive the results automatically.

  • Once results are received and the patient has also been cleared with a virtual telehealth visit; the patient will be provided medication ordering options.
